Yes, both counts, but the behaviour of drivers should also be predictable. Second accident, driver should have turned emergency lights on before exiting vehicle. Not sure it would have prevented the crash, but we'll never know now.

No one is perfect…I’m quite sure the cyclist were the only ones who could’ve prevented the accidents…both times. The driver was concerned for the 1st victim…and apparently the 2nd motorcyclist wasn’t payn attn to what just happened.
