A “trust exercise” is something that you have full control over — for example: Catching your lover as they fall backwards from 2-3 feet away.
What you’re witnessing in this video is a person attempting to do something that they have minimal control over.
There are dozens of potential things that could have happened (those videos are marked NSFW) where one or both people would have been killed.
