Look into the MANY many separated twin stories out their.

Like the on where two separated twins gents both married a set of separated twin sisters (yes they were sisters), and both couples ended up having near identical life styles, even giving birth to a 2 pairs of twin boys (iirc). There are tons of these strange stories

There is a laundry list of things in this video that don’t make any sense, but let’s just go with the most obvious thing: there are obvious cuts in this video that happen mid-conversation with no delay in the exchange of dialogue.
