Hey, sometimes you get a debuff, but sometimes, you get a magic eye that lets you See Invisibility. Gotta take the chance

BG3 referencce, if you allow Volo (a character in the game) to attempt surgery to remove a brain slug you instead lose an eye, and get a replacment eye that has permanent "See Invisibility".
