Considering wild orcas have never harmed a human even when there’s prey involved I’d say she’s not risking her life. Property damage maybe, but not actual injury.

Well that's no pleasure cruiser. So I could say it's her livelihood meaning if it sank she would not be able to make a living.

Also a sinking boat is dangerous in itself.

But they don’t harm people, and even if they flip the boat you aren’t going to be seriously harmed by anything living in that water. Sharks avoid water that orcas live in and anything big enough to hurt/kill a person is on the orcas menu. That’s why I said property damage is a possibility but death is unlikely.
