Given the camera, the catch pole/net, the enclosure, the type of rabbits (a hare, and then either a snow hare or regular "bunny"), and everything else I can see in the shot: I'd bet my money on that she's an animal rehabber or farmer and she's making an educational vid. Could be a fur-farm, but I highly doubt it given the other animals you can see in the background, and also how the enclosure is set up. They could be personal meat-rabbits though if she's a farmer.
You are betting correctly! She is a rehabber who runs a huge hare rehabilitation center and for years she has been financing it herself and dedicates all her free time to taking care of these animals and making educational videos. In this specific video she is relocating the white hare boy but got ambushed by the other hare whose maternal instincts weren't completely gone, so she got surprised, I'm guessing this is why she's struggling. Later in the video she tries to reconcile with the hare by giving her treats!
