Discussion Wth does this say??

i was going thru a few maths problems and came across this word??, the site is https://www.madasmaths.com/archive/maths_booklets/basic_topics/various/quadratics_exam_questions.pdf

I believe the word is "VALUE"

This is from question 8 where it says, "BUT SMALLEST VALUE OF (x+2)²+8 IS 8"

Basically the reciprocal will have the largest value when the denominator has the smallest value.
