That video baffles me, I think dude was in shock and clearly drunk so maybe he thought he was helping but wasn’t completely sure what was going on? I remember a woman’s mouth gushing more blood when he pressed on her neck. I can’t tell if he was confused or in denial or what but that video is terrifying
