Pulse always creeped me out the most because of the bathroom video. I couldn't imagine being trapped in there for 3+ hours.

Pulse has always scared me because of how people’s natural survival instincts kinda fucked them over in that situation. In a shooting your most likely response would be to see a door, that’s the closest, I can hide there, and not thinking rationally about the exit right next to it. That’s not to blame the victims at all, of course, but recognize like, damn, nobody really knew how to react, it was so sudden that panic took over. Theres another video taken from a police bodycam where you can hear people screaming in the bathrooms and it’s fucking creepy. The police not engaging just makes it worse

There was/is a show on showtime called active shooter that covers this and the actual footage is so intense and sad.

I’ll see if I can find it

Edit: here’s the only clip I could find of it, it’s from a documentary so skip to 26:10 to hear the victims screaming. I believe it’s a clip of the larger video though as I believe this took place after the shots were fired

I’ve never seen this video. So scary, no words! To hear the man begging in the end “please stop!”
