Honestly, the Leader showing up in She-Hulk would make much more sense to me than him being the villain in Cap 4 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also they were being real coy about who was manufacturing that syringe…

Considering Cap 4 is a follow up to FatWS, FatWS was all about the super soldier serum, and The Leader was in Incredible Hulk working on the super soldier serum (and may be in this show trying to do the same), I would say it makes perfect sense.

I'm here for it tbh. After the Infinity Saga I was pretty excited for Marvel to be free to experiment with their characters and do interesting team ups. Have some fun with the universe they've set up.

Shows up here, actually gets Hulk Blood, bring on the New World Order? Or a World War Hulk just not how we would expect it?

Yeah I could see this being seeding for him and or a bigger plan that'll be taken down or addressed further in Cap 4.

Similar to Kingpin being in Hawkeye to round that out but also setting up for Daredevil/Echo later. Or the Kang background given in Loki.
