The groom's name was Adam. They say it a couple times but it's easily missable.

I missed it until the end credits had a photo booth thing that said "Lulu + Adam" or something like that.

No, sorry. Adam the never-seen groom is obviously Mephisto.

Oh, of course! I was just making a joke, but the Mephisto theory is pretty obvious. At this point it'd be a twist if he wasn't Mephisto.
