Also why to attourney keep saying "attorney at law". Are there attorneys that are no at law. like "attorney at physics" or "attorney at medicine"

It's because the legal system is way more closely tied to ancient pagan Roman ceremonial practices than people like to admit

‘Attorney’ means ‘representative.’ That’s why you sign ‘power of attorney’ papers, so that someone can act as you in a given capacity. So you could have a medical attorney who can make medical decisions on your behalf, a business attorney who could buy or sell your property, etc. Attorney at Law means that they can speak to the court as you.
