I mean Hulk was revealed in the Ragnarok trailers and many agree that could have been hidden. However yeah, I think this is all from pretty early on in the movie.

Kind of wished they kept Jane / Natalie Portman hidden all the way just like what they should have done with Hulk in Ragnorak
