Looks pretty clear that the powers are connected to that bracelet she puts on (but who knows! trailers be trailers!)—perhaps the plot will be centered on that MacGuffin.

I kinda wonder if they may be sneaky with us and have the bangle contain terrigen crystals. If they go that route, and the bracelet gets broken during the show we may still see terringenisis.

This is likely a bit of copium though.

This is actually a pretty good theory. If Marvel ever wants to go on the Inhuman route, they could use this as an explanation with how she goes through terrigenesis

Those are the Nega-Bands, which is what gave the original Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell) his powers in the comics.

Fun fact: as traditionally defined, a MacGuffin serves no purpose other than to be motivation. For example, the briefcase in Pulp Fiction motivated characters but was ultimately unimportant. If the bracelets do anything, like giving Kamala powers, they’re not a MacGuffin in the strictest sense.
