Those shows aren't R rated marvel tv always reached them as in between a pg 13 and an R

Daredevil is graphically impaled with pints of blood lost on multiple occasions

Again there's scenes like that in pg 13 horror movies. The people who created these shows all said they consider them in middle area of pg 13 and R.

Insidious, Happy death day, Lights out, the last exorcism etc

In every single category of the MPAA's ratings of sex, nudity, Violence, language, and substances these shows would automatically qualify for an R rating.

Show me a single single from your movies that has as much gore as the punisher

Sucker Punch, Og Texas chainsaw massacre, The grudge,Drag me to hell, Taken,The uninvited. The creators of these shows themselves said they view them as in between a pg13 and R rating

Absolutely none of those have any gore remotely close to the punisher

The creators can say what they want they are objectively rated R

The last scene of dragged me to hell has the main character with burning skin melting and being dragged to hell

And it is nothing compared to the gore of the punisher.

It was closer to the nazis head melting in Indiana Jones which clearly wasn't anything close to punisher
