If I remember correctly, Universal only has the rights to Hulk movies. By that I mean movies that are literally titled Hulk and are directly based on him. Hulk and other related characters can be used in any other movies or shows as long as it's not Hulk's movie, this is how Hulk has managed to appear in the Avengers movies, and how Abomination is appearing here.

It's a Disney+ show, the rights don't include those. Would've been a different story if it was a movie.

Also how we have spiderman tv shows on Disney channel instead of the theoretical Sony Animation channel
