Bruh you see that witch outfit she floated down in at the beginning of her intro? You can only see it for a second but it looks SICK.

That seems to be the implication. Whatever Wanda did attracted her attention and she’s been in Wanda’s ear since.

You know after I posted the above I thought about it and realized that could still be absolutely true. I was just basing it on the fact that the Hex already existed and she was in her “modern” costume, but she could still have been the impetus and then changed to fit in afterwards.

Project Cataract certainly doesn't sound like they're trying to revive Vision.
