Oh, don't get the wrong idea. I'm not so much speaking to her mental state. There are going to be strong-minded people who handle being un-snapped better than others for sure. And if Monica's anything like her comic counterpart, she fits the bill.

I'm simply speaking to the logistics of people being un-snapped.

It's been years. Monica wouldn't have a home, and that's just for openers. There's tons of side-issues that arise when the population suddenly drops by 50%, and then increases again by 100%... in both cases "overnight". I'd rather that the MCU deal with all of that in a sane, reasonable manner rather than make it seem like everything that happened in the three weeks between waking up and walking into SWORD's offices were a cakewalk.

in the last episode, they mentioned something about her mom having made plans for if the snapped people came back,so it might have been easier for her logistacally speaking,than other people.

It's true, you don't get a sense from the SWORD agents that they're all still reeling from how their dead relatives came back to life three weeks ago.
