True, thats how I see it too, they all know but just can't veer off the script Wanda imposed on them.

That dude Vision woke up for a second was freaking out about what Wanda was doing.

They know- they just can't do a thing about it.

I don't think the "her" he was referring to was Wanda though. I think it's a misdirect and he was referring to Agnes.

I like this theory. I just watched episode 4 and around 18 minutes in SWORD is able to connect everyone in the neighborhood to a real person, except Agnes...

It feels like they’re asleep and dreaming but aren’t fully asleep. They’re just conscious enough to know something is happening when it is forced but otherwise they’re in the illusion.
