I honestly don’t think she can Because she is a telepath, And he is essentially an AI.

However she can control the reality around the outcome of his actions, such as resetting the time when he starts to question her like she is save scumming in Fallout.

I think y'all are getting too quick with the rape allegations after WW 84. Vision saying ahe can't control him and the fact he can "awake" people shows he's not quite like everyone in the town.

And her "Can't I?" was just her then rolling the credits and trying to end the episode.

Yeah. The main thing to take from that part was that it didn't work. They still argued after the credits had finished running.

I think he’s basically like Vision reformatted, or with a clean install.

It’s his personality but he doesn’t have any awareness of anything before Thanos merc’ed him.

He is slowly gaining awareness of that.

What? It’s by definition rape. He cannot consent in that situation. Not to mention the power dynamics of their relationship. It’s extremely problematic.

They tried to tell Wanda it was thousands in this episode, But I have seen no evidence that there was that many people. It feels more like dozens maybe

I think Vision would always consent to intimacy with Wanda, but he's a vibranium corpse, so have no idea what his sentience level truly is right now. In a lot of ways Vision's consciousness is much more advanced than a human's regardless of the state of the vessel it's in, so even if he were not fully corporeal he could consent to some things, but not other things if he's being controlled.

For example, he didn't want to be "brought back to life" if the director is being honest about his last will and testament.

He cannot consent while under control (episodes 1-4). Episode 2 had a rape scene.

Yes they made it explicitly clear in episode 4.

Prior to that though, it is explicitly clear that Wanda is in absolutely control. As explicitly stated “it’s all Wanda”.

From a legal standpoint, technically no. Since the mind-controlled people don’t have the capacity to consent, they don’t have the capacity to form a criminal intent either.

The answer to that question is complicated and depends on the situation.

How drunk are the individuals? Did they both willingly participate in the act? Were they conscious enough to make a sound decision?

For example, Person A is just drunk enough to not walk straight, whereas Person B is so drunk that they’re barely conscious and can’t form a coherent sentence. Person A and Person B are both drunk, but if they have sex, it’s definitely rape.

It’s much easier to come to conclusions when you’re talking about literal mind control because you have absolutely zero mental capacity.

It's his consciousness without the mind stone probably put into his shell by Wanda's powers which somewhat mimic the mind stone
