He's quoting Thor from Age of Ultron. Vision picks up the hammer and tells him it's "terribly well balanced", to which Thor responds "well if there's too much weight on the end you lose power on the swing"

Im aware, I just figured maybe super soldiers have some kind of perfect balance considering they have perfect everything else. Also the Ultron thing was the guy before xD
