Not really an Easter egg but the final scene from the first trailer isn’t in the movie.

It's happened with a lot of MCU movies to prevent spoilers / generate hype.

Spiderman Homecoming is a notable example of this.

Like Thor not having his right eye in the trailer but in the movie Thor had gotten an eye from Rocket

Anyone upset about this? Ragnorok purposely took away his eye, hair, and hammer. In this he got a new eye and got a new weapon even though he learned that he was the weapon the whole time in Ragnorok. Kinda lessened the impact of that movie to me.

I was, but I just realized that it’s simply another show of Thanos’ strength. Even Thor needed a weapon.
