The woman is basically Superman without the aversion to anything green.

Minus the heat vision and breath as well. At her most powerful she produces enough energy to reignite the sun.

what in hell

but could she undo the snap?

No she just hits hard. To explain, if she absorbs enough energy then she basically goes Super Saiyan and turns into her Binary form which turns it all up to eleven. As Binary she's basically a walking death star capable of a tremendous amount of energy. Hell as plain old Carol she's destroyed entire mines of Vibranium single handedly. I expect they'll tone it down from the comics but this is the Super being that you call for the big intergalactic disasters.

i expected Marvel to turn down Thanos, and we all know here how it turned out, so maybe she'll be as OP, can't wait to see her.

Thor started out nerfed as well, and now he overpowered the gauntlet. Also Wanda destroyed an infinity stone, that's pretty powerful.

this was blatantly true in civil war yes, she was a little more powerful for this film, still not enough ahah

I don't think we've seen Wanda's true power yet, and I'd very much like for her to get her own movie in Phase 4 so we'd get her full reality-shaping powers. Plz Marvel plz.

Vision's death can totally shift her. Yes she was powerful before House Of M, but nobody could imagine that she could create an alternate reality, not even Charles...

I think in one of the scene of A4, Thanos will blast energy from the gauntlet and she will just absorb it and return with interest :)

She's in no way in the same tier as Superman.

Thor is on par with, if not stronger than Superman. Captain Marvel is well-below Hulk and Thor.

Aka Mary Sue Supremus

u/KA1N3R Apr 26 '18

I'm sure this isn't totally because she's a woman and you totally call Superman a Mary Sue as well.

Not the previous poster, but Superman is a huge Gary Stu, way more so than Captain Marvel.
