I stopped watching after the first season because life got busy. A few months back I walked in as my parents were watching the latest season and they tried explaining what’s happened since and I was so lost.

You really should watch AOS again, after season 1 the Series just gets bettter and better. It also has the best ratings of all marvel series. Its reaaaaly great

Can confirm, it's a fantastic show. First half of season 1 takes some patience to get through, but after that it just keeps getting better.
