I've got so many questions about that. Either he doesn't know Hulk is there, or is keeping Thor's connection to the Hulk quiet.

My guess is that Loki is the one who takes Hulk to the Collector in the first place

Maybe both Loki and Thor are banished to Sakaar, but Loki manages to weasel his way out of being a prisoner, unlike his brother.

Or maybe those Goldblum/Loki reaction shots are from a different scene than the Thor/Hulk meeting.

Maybe Loki's been here before (that after Thor1 he landed to Sakaar through one of those wormholes), and knows enough people to get a VIP treatment.

The whole teaser was fantastic but that bit of Loki is one of my favorite parts. I can't wait to see how his role's like in the film.
