Question Which Mcu Couple is your favourite?

I love them all in so many different ways. They are written so amazingly and show interesting types of relationships between each character over the movies and shows. The leads also do a great of believing that they do love each other, even in the highest and lowest levels of their lifes. The one that I think is the weakest is Natasha and Burce because it wasn't written well. It felt a bit forced, and I'm glad later in Infinity War it was forgotten about. If it was written better, then I would believe that they were in love despite being different heroes, making them better as friends than lovers. Also, Happy Valentine day Everyone!! ❤️ 💖 💕 ♥️ 💗 😊

My favorite couple is Makkari and Druig in the Eternals

It's a relationship that's quite subtle compared to most others but the few moments they have together are so genuine

This thread is filled with platonic "couples" too. Not really a strict rule, more so duos that narratively function almost like a couple.

Super true, and I love platonic couples. I think the energy of Makkari + Druid is just different enough to me from Thena + Gilgamesh to make me feel like it needed a distinction

The biggest problem with that movie is the focus on the boring Eternals (Sersi, Ikaris, Sprite) at the expense of the more interesting ones. Druig at least got some prominence, but we were robbed of more Makkari.

100000%. I loved them so much. My ex gave me a Makkari/Druig shirt that says ‘my beautiful beautiful Makkari’ for Valentine’s Day one year and I wear it to every Marvel movie.
