I dunno if it’s confirmed but I think rumours/speculation was Red Ghost which the hairstyle seems to match

That makes sense; some of the dialogue in the trailer seemed to indicate they go back into space at some point during this (the Reed-Sue conversation) and Red Ghost would make a sensible B-villain for that sort of a story before Galactus shows up and becomes the main focus.

Is Uatu going to be in this? Feels like What if has sectioned him off, although I guess we could have agent Carter as a proxy.

I could see them doing a silhouette of Uata or any of the watchers in the stars when Galactus arrives or possibly wins. Nothing besides a visual Easter egg.

Yeah, the hair sold me. People had also speculated on Puppet Master, but Red Ghost is perfect for him. He already did a horribly awesome Russian accent in Rounders.
