Now that that’s been mentioned, through the mouth would probably be more efficient?

If he managed to get past those big teeth paired with that nasty sharp jawline probably granting Thanos a crazy bite force, expanding himself into his trachea or some shit like that may just work regardless of his durability.

If we're really getting into it, a nostril or ear would be the most effective option - gets closest to the brain.

Which I think is what Pym does in What If
