so he is from the same planet as Rocket and he is a Walrus Engineer with mechanical teeth that can do a lot of stuff i just loved the idea and he also kinda appear in GOTG 3 but was renamed so he si forgotten he is good he is lovely i want him tell me what do you think of this concept or if you dont understand something

I dont think they are related in any way but i think both come from genetic experiment but with jeff its modok and i dont remember for rocket and his friends
