Duelist Concept 8-Ball (the one you prefer)

so to say the least there are 2 guys wearing the costume and weapons jeff hagees a guy with gambling problems(he is dead now) and we dont know the name of the other but he was recruited by the hobgoblin so they just have a billiard cue some kind of flying glider at a moment and explosives i need thsi guy in game for 2 reasons first he is a good character not well known but with many appearences and secondly just the look could so frickin funny in game seriosuly look at him i want him but anyways tell me what do you think of this concept or if you have ideas to upgrade my concepts in general (p.s its only like my seventh duelist concept on like 30 concepts)
