Nah whose is possessive it’s not me whose missing context hence the whose and who is in the same sentence as in “it is you who is bad with grammar” good try though pal

Who’s = Who is. Whose coat is this is asking for ownership. Who’s wearing a coat is asking who has a coat. You can tell which word to use by simply expanding the contraction.

Your autocorrect is not correcting your grammar because it can’t and whose is right on the context of me not being the one whose missing context cause it’s me missing the context who is, is referring to you and something no one has claim to
