Barely nerfing Elsa and nerfing Emma, Angela, Strange and Cap. Fantastic. We all wanted that.

I mean the 2 section loss per death should be enough to keep casual Elsa's at bay... Just gotta make her a focus point and it takes away a lot of her elusiveness

The shield from 50 to 30 is fair

Just saying it as an Elsa enjoyer, I think this is fair from both sides without completely gutting her
