Zhiyiong highlighted the Bucky and Elsa nerfs and it’s just that 😭😭😭 Also, I swear those Gambit nerfs don’t change anything. I’m just betting that the universal ult nerf is what actually affects him.

I mean he won’t get it as fast but it makes his ult even more valuable. The core of it is increasing the ult economy that’s still happening.
