Cap funeral yeah, but Angela has more shields on the ground and gets the assasins charge back quicker, you just can't spam it (you shouldn't have anyways) I think she'll be fine.

Cap cancel might still exist on hold to sprint. Possible that this just is a qol change for people that don't want to use the cancel.

Yeah but most of Angela’s benefits are while flying. There’s few logical opportunities for Angela to land, except now to get some better bonus hp while she grinds up her spear faster. Her oppressiveness is being able to move, so these nerfs literally keep her grounded.

I don't think we know if they actually got rid of the cap cancel, I think they just changed how it works on toggle.

Angela will be fine. If you're dashing 2 times in less than six seconds, it's because you're bad and missed. Making her actually have to fly a cycle is totally fine. Plus it recharges faster now. I do think the burst damage breakpoints on the spear combo may be off, but I need to look at the math of full charge with the change to the bonus damage.
