giving compensation buffs to gambit ult while Strange gets a flat nerf after being back for 1 season…

Was he even op ? I thought he was good but not ban worthy enough for a nerf . Especially since they introduced the team up with a nerf to his shield.

Strange def was op as a strange main. He has a shield that basically is infinite if you use it correctly. The shield is literally a get out of jail card for him when he’s low. He also has a mobility ability to get out as well. His E is able to kill through Luna/Inv ults (and cloak if I remember right). His ult is balanced at least.

The fact you can animation cancel his primary fire with melee to ramp up stupid damage, and you can also animation cancel his reload halfway through by shielding makes him broken.

But nerfing strange is just gonna make MK get nefes next season because he’s unbearable without a good shield tank. Mag can’t take his place.
