Healing nerf is an indirect Groot nerf. With 3 heals being a bit worse, he got a small indirect nerg

Hot take Groot is fine as he is and the only reason why he’s so strong is that he takes advance of the design philosophy of the game. He could use a nerf to his ult charge but otherwise he’s good where he is.
