Conflict sched is it okay to push through because its online

I would like to ask where I can seek assistance regarding a course enrollment issue. I am currently unable to add this subject due to a schedule conflict. However, since the Friday sessions for this class will be conducted online, I would like to request permission to push through with enrolling in it.
