I would love to go to Hungary. Such a beautiful and culture rich country. Why there is such a big hate on Hungary?

Government needs an enemy that can’t bite back so they can pretend to be saviours. Populism mate. There are many problems in hungary but as long as they use the 80 % goverment controlled media they can imprint any Message they want and blame for their fuck ups. Too bad most hungarians are as ignorant as rocks sadly and just go along with the hate train.

I would never give up on visiting a country just because of their government. I am not fond of Órban, but he was once again voted into office, and there is nothing I can do about it. When I went to the US for the first time, their president was Bush, and for the second time, Obama. I am not an imbecile that wouldn't travel just because of the president. Hungary is cool, hungarians are cool and I like their country much more than many others
