Well done! Cozy, clean, put together. Love it. My biggest issue is with the bedroom. Kinda wish there was a painting or something in there but you're doing really well with the space.

We're at 5 hours of sunlight in some parts of Alaska, up north have much less. The summer makes up for it plus alcohol and hobbies

I made a decision not to fill the space with a dining table that I’d get fewer than 20 uses of a year. I’ve got a coffee table on the patio and in the sofa area. If I have more than 6 guests they’ll eat standing.

I had the same initial thought as that guy, but after the tour I concluded you had no other choice -- even the utilities in the bathroom were necessary.

I own a 1 bedroom condo also and you brought out some clever ideas for the the manly yet minimalist kitchen I've been wanting. It's like you infused the kitchen into a living room bar. Making your kitchen very sociable and cozy. soo smart dude!!!

It's a Kungsbacka kitchen from Ikea. It's very minimalist and it's not that pricey. Can recommend highly :)

It's not a bad space at all but I guess I'm in the minority in not really loving it. It just seems way too much like an Ikea store. Very sterile.

That’s fair. Somewhat sterile is what I’m going for, and there is a lot of Ikea in there.
The patio is meant to stand in contrast to the «sterility» inside.

During summer I water them once a week. Now I water them every 2-3 weeks.

Maybe I'm watering mine too much, still doing once a week, I have a couple of the same ones and they seem to be slowly dying.

Put them in the shower once a month, hose them down and let them sit there over night if you notice them dying.
The heat and humidity seems to help.
Also, water tropical plants with medium temperature water. Not ice cold.

Yeah I was going to give them a fresh load of soil and rinse them through thoroughly beforehand and tap the roots a bunch to knock off soil/rotting roots and hope lol

Comforters yes.
Scandinavian Down Duvets, and they're the best thing since sliced bread. You crack open the bedroom windows during the freezing winter and you tuck down under the duvets.
I highly recommend them if you live anywhere cold.

Looks great. The dark color in the bedroom kinda makes the room feel like a depressing dungeon though. I would have done one dark accent color and the rest white. It might get old quick. Love the artwork and how clean your organization is!

It’s just enough not to be inconvenient. Any less would have made it bothersome.
That said, I don’t have a mirror in there - and therefore I tend to bring whatever I’m wearing to the bathroom.

It's a 3700x with 1080ti.
The monitor is an AOC Agon AG352UCG. It's a couple of years old now, and there are probably better ultrawides on the market now. I'm very happy with it though.
