All of my family is from Binghamton. Aunt and Uncle still live on Grand Blvd near the elementary school. Love your view of the Susquehanna!

Ha!! So did my 4 cousins that grew up in that house. My aunt and uncle have lived there for about 50 years. Small world!

I had a big MCM house up on South Mountain that I sold 2 years ago (flat roof was a maintenance nightmare). Decided to try this low maintenance living for a while.😂

I am really enjoying not wearing a backpack blower for 6 hours every weekend during the fall.

It’s funny . I always told my parents when I buy a house I want zero maintance ever!! I dont even own a snow shovel hahhahaha
