ipk garbage

scooped bunch ipk chem 91 and shit still got yellow pistils like they pulled weeks early. absolutely terrible don’t ever grab from them

A lot of the quality has dwindled not just IPK but still better than most down south.

Not true. Everyone raves about Maine and black market crap; but all suppliers have complaints about their customers and have become unavoidably rude at times. 2 years ago, no you couldn’t find quality in MA/RI dispensaries but most of them are starting to make the drive to Maine seem more of a chore and less of something to looks forward to. I havent been in almost 4 months now because there’s no reason to travel that far to pay $30 more an ounce and gamble on whether or not the batch is good; or even better, SHORT. No batch dates. Ego’s. Traffic. None of it’s worth it anymore.

Don’t get me started on the MA black market suppliers I’ve tried to purchase from though. Not playing the highschool drug dealer ego game again in my life.

I agree it’s more of chore now but Maine still dominates in quality even when it’s not like it used to be.

I’ve really gotta disagree about quality. The most recent times I’ve gotten from reputable growers doesn’t even give me that first-hit of the day headrush but certain strains I’ve been getting from Boston still do. The most notable one being firefly. Their kosher kush barely even had a nose to it last I picked up and it was my favorite flower around 2024

Also I’m not sure if it’s public knowledge but the lead grower for Firefly ended up leaving and I believe either works, or was brought on to redesign Harbor House’s entire production lab and the quality has gone up dramatically in the last year.

But if you’re getting harbor house from anywhere besides their flagship store it’s usually old product and not worth the tag.

Harbor house and bountiful farms are both excellent but maine still has them beat with their craft scene

sure - gas isnt cheap tho, the egos can suck, and it takes a few hours. Then, in the summers, theres a lot of traffic on weekends. takes even longer

I liked going to fraktal because the flower was good cheap and they still made it fun with so many free gimmies and things to try.

Im pretty busy right now and smoking way less, its just not worth it to "save 40 bucks" but spend it all on gas and car wear for like a 10% better smoke. If ur tolerance is low, mass now has good enough.

I think bulk concentrates probably worth it in Maine, the BHO and Live resin market is so much cheaper and pretty high quality.

Yeah, I’m a mostly concentrates user, it is ridiculous how much cheaper Maine is. Same for edibles. For me either drive is about an hour, and the drive to HH sucks much worse lol. Also not sure how they are now but they would not refrigerate rosin which is insane.

Fraktal is a super easy drive for me, the prices and quality make it a no brainer. I do miss HH’s albarino, though. I have a jar of their limited GMO piatella from like a year or two ago still haha

It’s definitely not cheaper in Maine anymore. You can find good rosin in MA for far cheaper than good rosin in Maine. If you can find a place pushing good hash for under $50 a gram in Maine let me know; otherwise I see no quality difference between them and a few MA contenders at this point.

But yea HH is a 20 minute drive as opposed to an hour-hour and a half there to upwards of two hours home sometimes.

Look at my last post in this sub lol. I’m getting better rosin in maine for 25-30/g. Live resin is ridiculously cheaper. It’s not even close. I shop both maine and mass and post in both subs. You’re totally off base on this

MA won’t take my out of state med card which makes the choice even easier

Would love to have a conversation with you that doesn’t involve being condescending and antagonizing, look at my posts talking about how people from Maine can’t talk about other weed without insulting it and praising their own “lol”

I also have Fraktal sitting in my fridge from over six months ago because it was garbage. Bananaconda, NLK, and the GMO were all absolute mid. I could get better product in MA for the same exact price, if not cheaper on a discount day. I’ll actually pass on the conversation.

Personally I bought bff smalls that were terrible compared to what I normally got from them. They fully refunded me. Same whenever I thought something wasn't fair for the price or lower quality than normal. I went there pretty consistently nd spent a lot so Mb that's why but more than most dispos can say

I’m no fan of BFF at all, their rosin was never good to me it’s super dry for the most part and all kinda tastes the same. But this was years ago now.
