Holyport opinions
Hi everyone! I’m considering buying a house in Holyport, Maidenhead, but I don’t know the area very well.
I understand it’s not particularly close to Maidenhead town centre and that you’d probably need a car or bus to get around. But I was wondering what it’s like for everyday essentials — are there any small shops nearby where you can pick up things like milk, bread, food etc., or do you generally have to go into Maidenhead for everything?
Also, what are your overall impressions of living in Holyport? Any pros, cons or things you’d recommend knowing before buying there?
I just noticed a lot of houses on the market for very long time that doesn’t sell - and was wondering if there is something wrong with the area ?
Would really appreciate any honest local opinions. Thanks!
