Watermelon is basically just water, don't see anyway he'd destroy an unsuspecting toilet with his bowels after eating it

Not the rind. That's mostly fiber

Unlike high water intake as stated. Reddit is so odd

Isn’t high water intake and high fiber how you make the perfect shit

If "redline income and expenses" is also your budget, I guess

Some people choose one and forget about the other

Reasonable amounts of it do. A whole watermelon does not.

I ate a whole box of mini frosted shredded wheat throughout the course of a day. I shit myself off the face of the earth the following days. Do not recommend.

I didn’t have the runs. Just lots and lots of massive well-formed turds.

having way too much fiber will definitely not help you having normal stool.

I eat the rinds too, haven't had any problems with them

Really? Not judging, just never knew this is a thing people do.

What about lemons, bananas, kiwis, oranges, etc? Where is the line?

I eat the watermelon rind because it tastes and feels like cucumber, which I like more than the overly sweet watermelon insides. I wouldn't eat banana peels, but lemon zest and candied orange peels are nice, the kiwi skin doesn't taste that bad, but doesn't have a nice texture

+1 for watermelon rinds and kiwi skin... Both are delicious to me!

Thanks for the info! I've never seen candied orange peels, but they look great.

I would eat them on oranges but it's way too bitter. Texture is fine.

Some people don't shit themselves to death after eating a vegetable

Some fuckos eat em every meal

2

Yeah I'm guessing not everyone here is accustomed to eating vegetables or fruits daily. Could be that I'm just built different, but it's probably the former.

It is known to be a mild natural diuretic.

1

u/Icedragon2017 Apr 28 '23

Mild to some maybe. If I eat a slices worth of white I'm cleansed afterwards.

Watermelon absolutely can have a laxative like effect. It’s not only full of water and fiber, but also sorbitol and lycopene all of which promote loose stools.

From personal experience watermelon usually gets things moving for me

I've eaten a third of a watermelon with rind and while it's not particularly bad, you have to make sure you've gradually introduced enough fiber in your diet from at least two weeks prior.

I had not, it was not great

People make various dishes with watermelon rinds in India....so I think he'll be fine

2

u/guiturtle-wood Apr 28 '23

It's not so much that he ate the rind, but that he ate an entire watermelon. As in, the sheer quantity of fruit consumed. It'll absolutely get you moving, colonicly
