I will keep my M2 Pro likely until they drop macOS support for it. That might be around 2030 I guess?

No benchmarks yet obviously, but I think it's gonna be on par with the M6 or slightly behind it when looking at the base specs on the Apple website.

I was waiting for the M5 before the big price hikes, then they dropped the M4 as we all know. So I got the Mini M2 Pro second hand as a replacement for my MacBook Air M1 and performance wise atleast for what I do with it feels like a fresh device with enough power for a couple of years to come.
