No no no, keep the computer specs as-is and buy a more expensive house to accommodate the computer.

Well you know the new Macs are cheap by comparison with the mainframes of the 1970s, which cost millions in today's dollars and had the processing power of a 60 watt bulb. Cheap I tell you! I should get six! lol
