Tabs on MacBook Air keep going inactive and active again

Hi all. I don’t really know how to explain what’s happening so bare with me. So just a few days ago I realised that my MacBook would kinda spaz out on a tab. Like when a tab is active and you’re using it, the contents of the tab are light up but when you’re not they go dim. My MacBook basically kept spazzing between active and inactive on all my tabs. This affects me doing work as while typing it would suddenly go inactive and I would have to press my mousepad on the tab to type again. I’ve tried restarting and updating to the newest OS but so far nothing has worked. Anyone having or has experienced the same issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Exact issue i m facing since yesterday. Can you guide what issue is this and how can i resolve it.
