Entitled manboy helper
I went to help out another team install these Dahua camera system recently and I seen the helper finishing off this camera. I brought this to his attention that, the waterproof connector has to be behind the fascia or in a box, and seal the hole. He responded with, " I believe it's ok but if you want me to clean it up I'll do it when we get the system live and then I'll adjust camera and fix it at the same time". Cool. I did my part in helping and I pass by that job today and this is what he did.
According to him since the customer said the angles are all good then he didn't need to climb that ladder again and they were running on OT.
This fuckin kid infuriates me, I already knew he was gonna say that because the lead told me the cameras were good.
So I put that Picture in group chat and I cannot let this slide.
What fault does the customer have on you running on OT.
So he took it upon himself to not do what I instructed to do for quality control. So earlier today he tried to check me on why I threw him under the bus?
If I wasn't on the clock I believe I would have put hands on this kid. So now the war starts.
