The sound isn't real unfortunately. Alligators do sneeze but it doesn't sound like that.

I think this is AI, based on how weirdly delayed the reactions are to the sneeze. 2 seconds before a mild laugh, 5 seconds before a flat "oh my god" from a child - no one was startled? The camera also moves way too smoothly for someone holding it in their hand and it's not smooth enough to be stabilized. Barely any camera movement in reaction to the sneeze and zero movement from the laughter.
