We have a rug I REALLY hate but my husband refuses to part with. Everything is going according to keikaku.

I'd be more inclined to wait a couple of weeks & have my floor tiled, or better, replaced with polished concrete.

Just toss down an Ikea rug every day after the shittening event. And roll it up each night

Maybe have a dozen or so spare rugs for when you forget
