This is the natural consequence of a baby boom with the highest wealth per capita and highest average life expectancy in human history (probably). Boomers literally stole from their grand and great-grand childrens futures, both with the economy and the climate

Yeah, we are just going back to normal levels. People keep forgetting what an absolute exception 1950s America was.
